Refund and Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY

The user is entitled to a refund of the full registration fee provided that the conditions of the cancellation policy, which is determined for each congress and is public from the start of the congress registration period, are met.

The refund will be made through the same method of payment used for the purchase, in this case, by virtual TPV, once the congress is over.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be notified in writing a devoluciones@bocemtium.com 6 hours before the start of the reservation. No cancellations informed by any other means will be accepted. In this e-mail you must include all the information about the purchase, adding the congress to which it refers, name and surname, date and contact details.

POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIÓN

El usuario tiene derecho a la devolución del importe íntegro de la inscripción siempre que se cumplan las condiciones de la política de cancelación, que se determina para cada congreso y es pública desde el inicio del período de inscripciones del congreso.

La devolución se realizará a través del mismo método de pago utilizado a la compra, en este caso, por TPV virtual, una vez finalizado el congreso.

POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN

Las cancelaciones se tienen que informar por escrito a devoluciones@bocemtium.com 6 horas antes de la hora de inicio de la reserva. No se aceptan cancelaciones informadas por ninguna otra vía. En este correo electrónico se tienen que hacer constar todos los datos compra, añadiendo congreso al que hace referencia, nombre y apellidos, fecha y datos de contacto.
