The course will be held exclusively in person.
Registration entitles you to:
- Attendance at all scientific sessions included in the program.
- Access to coffee breaks and working lunches, when scheduled in the program.
- Certificate of attendance.
Does not include:
Travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses of the participant.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Technical Secretariat: motility@bocemtium.com
- Cancellations received up to 2 months before the event start date: €25 administrative fee will apply.
- Cancellations received between 2 months and 1 month before the event start date: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellations received less than 1 month before the event start date: no refund will be issued.
A name change on the registration can be requested by paying €25 + VAT as an administrative fee.
Event modifications or cancellations:
The registrant will not be entitled to any compensation if the event must be canceled, modified, or postponed due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond the organization’s control, nor if the program is subject to changes due to the absence of an invited speaker.
In such cases, the organization will make every effort to offer, if possible, alternative dates or formats.
